Identity Verification (KYC)

ij777 reserves the right to verify the identity of any member when required. The following information may be requested before processing a withdrawal:

  • A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
  • Proof of ownership of your bKash, Nagad or Rocket account.
  • A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification).

Withdrawal requests may be held pending until verification is complete.

Clause 2.3

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. Any activity carried out from your account will be considered your own.

Warning: Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Deposit Terms

Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (per method). Once a deposit is completed it is typically credited to your account within a few minutes.
  • The deposit amount must be a minimum of ৳300.
  • No additional fees are charged on deposits.
  • Each deposit will be added to the account only after it has been successfully verified.
  • ij777 is not liable for failed or incomplete transactions.

Withdrawal Terms

Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800. Processing time: usually between 10 and 45 minutes.

The following conditions must be met for a withdrawal to be processed:

  • The account must be fully verified.
  • The withdrawal amount must be a minimum of ৳800.
  • The wagering requirement on any active bonus must be completed.
  • Withdrawal requests must be made to a registered payment method.
  • A rule requiring deposits and withdrawals via the same method may apply.
Warning: If fraud or money laundering is suspected, the withdrawal request will be held pending investigation. In cases of suspicious transactions, ij777 may notify the Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU).

Bonuses and Promotions

Clause 5.1

Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus is offered to new members at ij777. This bonus provides a 100% match bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000.

Wagering Requirement: A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳25,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if the conditions are not met within the specified time the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawable winnings are available only after wagering is completed.
  • Multiple bonus claims from the same household, the same device or the same IP address are not permitted.
  • ij777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant account will be closed and the balance forfeited.

VIP Program

ij777 runs a five-tier VIP program: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier.

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

The criteria for VIP tier changes are determined by ij777 and may vary depending on circumstances.

Gameplay and Betting

Game Fairness and Transparency

Clause 6.2

Betting Outcomes

If a game is interrupted due to a technical error or loss of connection, the result of that game may be voided and the wagered amount will be refunded. ij777 holds sole authority over final decisions regarding game outcomes.

  • ij777 reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from a software bug.

Prohibited Activities

  • Opening or operating an account using a false identity.
Consequence: If you are found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above, your account will be permanently closed, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Account Termination

Account Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed; however, any active bonus balance will be cancelled.

ij777 may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account in the following circumstances:

  • If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.

  • By order of a court or legal authority.
